2009 Zachary Family Reunion

The Zachary Family Reunion is held in August every year. We missed last years because of work and the distance it took to get to the location. This year the reunion was held a little bit closer and we had scheduled arranged so we could attend. The location was at Oakridge retreat center in Anadarko, OK. The place was run down a bit and I think it was a mutual agreement not to go back to this location. Overall, the kids were big enough this year to go play with other kids. Hailey enjoyed playing with Toni's girls, and Kolby loved the attention he got from Zane.

Right outside our cabin was a 150ft downhill slip'n'slide with a trampoline at the bottom. The kids got to go down several times and had fun doing so. Pictures below of the slide.

Daddy decided he was going to go first and make sure it was safe for the kids after finding out they couldn't go down together.
Hailey worried me a bit when she went down since she laid down she flew down the slide and had a blast doing it to.

Surprisingly Kolby wanted to go down the slide too. He wouldn't lay down and had to keep using his hands to push himself down the slide but I think he had fun all the same.
